Not feeling fresh?

We’ve worked really hard to bring you a natural product that your armpits deserve, but if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, get in touch with us on info@getgonn.com and our team will be happy to help. We’ve outlined our refund policy below so you know exactly where you stand

 

1. My gonn bottle is faulty or broken.
   
   We don’t like faulty products any more than you. We can assure you that this is very rare but if you have been unlucky enough to receive one, we’ll get your item replaced or refunded right away. To arrange this, send us an email to info@getgonn.com within 30 days of making your purchase. To get your issue resolved quickly, it’s helpful if you can provide your original order number and a description or video/picture of the fault.You don’t have to return the bottle to us.

 

2. I’ve been sent the wrong order!
   
   If you’ve received the wrong order, let us know by emailing info@getgonn.com and we’ll unite you with the correct item. If possible, attach a photo of the incorrect order you have received and state the item that’s missing. There’s no need to return the incorrect item so please keep it as a spare or pass it onto a friend who might love gonn.

 

3. I’m not happy with results.
   
   We want every customer to use our product and think WOW! While the vast majority do, if you’re not happy with gonn we recommend continued use until the product starts working on your skin. If you stick at gonn for a little while longer and things don’t improve, we can refund your first order within your first 30 days of purchase. To make a return, email our team on info@getgonn.comstating your original order number and the issue and we’ll help arrange a refund.
4. Help! gonn is hurting my pits!
   
   Our product has been formulated to be non-toxic and gentle on all skin types but if for some reason your pits just don’t agree with gonn, we recommend you stop using the product immediately. We can offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your first order. To apply for a refund, drop us an email to info@getgonn.comletting us know the issue and your original order number.Whatever the issue may be, contact us on info@getgonn.comand we will take care of it.
